Yes!  There is a Whole Foods about a half mile away, at 2323 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20007.

Residents of 4031 Davis are responsible for electricity and cable / internet services.  WC Smith handles all water, sewer, gas, and trash fees.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $75.00 to $150.00 per year and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.
